PTCAO Registration

To apply for registration, please follow these general steps: 

1. Fill out the Application Form and Information Sheet.

2. Prepare required documents:

   1. Copy of DTI registration/SEC registration

   2. Valid Mayor's Permit/Business Permit

   3. Current Rates; Promo Rates for travel agencies

   4. Comprehensive General Liability Insurance Policy (for hotels and resorts only)

   5. Boat Registration from LGU and Insurance for passenger (for Tourist Water Transport)

3. Submit the Application:

   1. Submit the completed application form, information sheet and supporting documents to PTCAO at Provincial Tourism Office, Capitol Site, Kumintang Ibaba, Batangas City

   2. You may also submit the documents via email to regulations.batangasptcao@gmail.com

4. Verification and Inspection: Once submitted documents are verified complete, the PTCAO will conduct a site inspection.

5. Feedback, Compliance and Payment:

   1. A feedback form will be sent after inspection. If there are areas to comply, please submit the proof of compliance.

   2. PTCAO will email you for the registration payment process.

6. Certification and Approval: The PTCAO will prepare your certificate, which will be signed by the Governor.
