GET STARTED WITH YOUR ACCREDITATION

Can't meet the Accreditation Standards yet?

Before DOT Region IV-A could formally issue the Letter of Non-Compliance or Non-Coverage (LNC), a requirement for your Business Permit, you had to submit an application via the accreditation site. The outcome of the inspection will determine the type of document you obtain.  To clarify this further, you must register and complete the online application form, upload the required files, then submit it for review.

Please phone or email DOT IV-A thru  accreditationdot4a@tourism.gov.ph and  dotcalabarzon@tourism.gov.ph to let them know that you want to request the Certificate of Under Process while your application is in the returned status.  This will serve as evidence that you have an existing online application and BPLO could accept a copy of it to process your permit. Afterward, please upload the documents and resubmit your online application after receiving the permit. Although the inspection may be planned after the successful evaluation of your application, we kindly ask for your patience in this subject due to the high volume of applications.
